Lodging Package

Enjoy a convenient and economical stay at Calvin University. Check in to your room Monday afternoon and check out Friday morning. The dorm style rooms feature two bedrooms with a shared bathroom between the rooms. Each room has two beds, and bedding is provided. Families with more than 4 members can bring additional beds like air mattresses and pack n’ plays. The Lodging Package includes the commemorative book, all activities, and meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

Family pricing applies to parents and children only. Friends can room together by specifying each other’s names in the “special accommodation box” when they register.

Activities Package

Local attendees and those arranging their own off-campus lodging can register for an Activities Package. This gives registrants access to all event activities including sectionals, tournaments, crafts, tours, Family Carnival Day, and kid and teen Bible camps. Lunch and dinner can be added to the Activities Package by selecting “with meals” during registration. The commemorative book is not included, but it can be purchased at the event.

FAQ

Do I need to register to attend only the evening speeches?

No registration is required if you are only attending the evening speeches.

Is financial assistance available for travel expenses?

Yes. Those traveling from outside West Michigan may qualify for a travel subsidy which will offset some transportation expenses. You can apply for a travel subsidy during registration. Complete your registration without making a payment. The committee will review your situation and may apply a discount. They will inform you of their decision, the final cost of your registration, and provide payment instructions.

How can I help with the event?

What are the on-campus rooms at Calvin University like?

Each room has two beds with bedding. The bathroom is shared with the adjoining room. Couples and singles will have their own room and share a bathroom with another couple or single person. There is no air conditioning, but each room has a box fan.

Can my large family room together on-campus at Calvin?

I’d like to participate, but I can’t come every day. What should I do?

Registration is only available for the full week, so please register with one of the event registration packages.
